Job Description

  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing industrial relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensuring full compliance with labour laws and regulations relevant to the Transport & Distribution sector.
  • Managing employee relations matters to promote a constructive and positive workplace environment.
  • Providing expert guidance to management on employment-related legal and regulatory issues.
  • Handling employee disputes, facilitating mediation, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into workplace issues and preparing clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Human Resources team to support broader organisational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • Prior experience working within a unionized environment.
  • In‑depth understanding of Indonesian labour regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Solid analytical capability with the ability to handle complex cases objectively.
