Client is a leading distribution company in supporting the agriculculture sector.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and SOPs across Talent cycle, such as recruitment, organization structure and design, talent management, people development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee Relations, and other related human capital function
  • Actively drive and ensure day-to-day HR Operations are running effectively
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws and industry best practices aligned with business objectives
  • Establish a streamlined HR policies and practices throughout different branches that support business goals
  • Ensure compensation structures and benefits packages, ensuring fairness in salary reviews and promotions
  • Enhance employee engagement initiatives and promote retention strategies
  • Introduce and manage HR systems to automate and optimize HR operations and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior management or to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experiences in end-to-end Human Resources spectrum both at operational and strategical levels
  • Having accumulated 10+ years of working experience and at least 3-5years in driving and leading the overall HR department
  • Proven track record in establishing and revamping HR processes from scratch
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and able to integrate HR best practices through a strong business understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to support, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and highly organized in a dynamic environment with high level of integrity
  • Ideally to have experiences working in local corporation
  • Good communication skill, preferably candidate living in West Jakarta or North Jakarta
