About Our Client

Provide leadership and guidance in directing and developing HR staff in the Hospital to ensure Hospital and implemented effectively in alignment with approved budget, agreed performance targets as well as any applicable regulatory requirements
Be a business partner to Hospital Division/Department Heads by advising on people matters, including but not limited to performance assessment, coaching, succession planning and conflict management
Work closely with Regional HR Officer in certain areas such as organisational development and any change management initiatives and liaise with Regional HR Officer to ask for necessary direction, guidance and/or solutions to resolve major HR specific issues (e.g., contract negotiations, labour related lawsuit) that are beyond his or her authorities or capabilities
Oversee general HR operations and day to day activities at Hospital, e.g. liaise with Finance Head in ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursement to employees from the Head Office
Lead HR activities such as workforce and capacity planning, staff recruitment, placement and contracting & on boarding process, performance evaluation, maintenance of HRIS, review of compensation and benefit packages, employee engagement initiative, etc
Lead Hospital wide people engagement efforts to motivate all Hospital staff, improve their productivity as well as to reduce the turnover rate
The Successful Applicant
Passionate about impacting lives, families, communities and society through healthcare
At least 5 years of experience in human resource management (preferably with at least 3 years of managerial experience in an acute Hospital environment)
Ability to interact with people from diverse background
Excellent leadership and management capabilities with ability to influence and motivate others
Detail oriented, excellent analytical and conceptual skills with ability to breakdown complex problems into logical pieces
Dynamic, independent and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in organising and managing cross functional team in matrix environment
Knowledge in Indonesian labour regulation
Bachelor/Master in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or relevant field
Understanding in acute hospital sector operational flows and complex clinical pathways
