As HSE Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system for the construction projects of Critical Facilities. This includes ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSE management system for construction projects
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of construction sites
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personnel
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters
  • Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction HSE management
  • HSE-related professional certification and/or accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in english
