Job Description

As an HR&GA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing human resources operations, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Overseeing general affairs to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in the FMCG industry.
  • Leading negotiations and maintaining positive industrial relations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR&GA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience minimum of 10 years in end-to-end HR, general affairs, and industrial relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
