Job Description

  • Act as Human Capital business partner to the designated business units by aligning business objectives with employees and management
  • Provide strategic and expert advises in all HR issues and People matters
  • Manage all HR process and strategies to ensure that policies are aligned and complied with regulation
  • Drive HR program to enhance employee engagement and productivity to ultimately improve performance and achieve business objectives, specifically customer-oriented service culture
  • First point of contact and advisory regarding manpower fulfilment and management
  • Provide high quality of industrial and employee relations advise and services. Also conduct negotiations dealing with industrial relation matters if required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally at least 7 years of working experience in driving end-to-end Human Resources / Human Capital department at managerial level having dealt and managed senior stakeholders / HODs
  • Experiences in full cycle talent management from talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, employee relations, industrial relations and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding in Industrial Relations and manpower regulation
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and people skills to interact all different levels of stakeholders
  • Industry experience in digital, retail, FMCG and commercial industries would be advantageous
  • Confidence and good presentation.
