Job Description

As an HRBP Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Providing guidance and support on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Managing performance review processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent within the FMCG industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
  • Advising on organisational design and change management processes.
  • Analysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve overall efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices within the FMCG and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience minimum of 10 years managing both in Supply Chain and Commercial population.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, market-aligned environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders to drive organisational success.
