Job Description

As an HRBP Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the organisation's business objectives.
  • Providing strategic counsel on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Driving the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes across the organisation.
  • Partnering with department heads to address employee relations matters and enhance engagement.
  • Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to support decision-making and improve organisational performance.
  • Leading initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent within the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations within the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Lead should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in human resources, particularly in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
