Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborating with leadership to identify and address workforce needs and challenges.
  • Overseeing organization development initiatives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating HR initiatives to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Leading workforce planning and organizational design to support long-term growth.
  • Managing employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of experience paired with a solid educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, with previous consulting experience of hands-on large-scale OD projects within holding companies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for decision-making.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects
