Job Description

  • Develop and execute the Shared Service Delivery strategy across HR operations, service centers, and HR technology platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to People & Culture Leadership on shared-services capabilities, automation opportunities, and service improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Oversee the delivery of consistent, accurate, and timely HR services including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration (as applicable).
  • Establish and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
  • Build a customer‑centric service delivery model that prioritizes ease of access, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure shared service operations comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, internal policies, and audit standards.
  • Maintain strong governance frameworks for HR data, documentation, and employee record integrity.
  • Mitigate operational risks through proactive controls, training, and monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 years of combined experience, particularly in progressive leadership experience in HR operations, shared services, or service delivery roles within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience building or transforming shared service models at scale.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of HR operational processes, employee lifecycle management, and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into insights and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
