Job Description

As an HR PMO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating HR projects to align with organisational goals and timelines.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
  • Providing structured reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Implementing best practices and strategies to improve HR processes and project efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within all HR projects.
  • Analysing data and generating actionable insights to support HR and business strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR PMO should have:

  • A solid educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing HR projects within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant regulations.
