Job Description

As an HR Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Overseeing key HR functions, including talent management, organisational development, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR policies.
  • Providing expert guidance on HR best practices to support organisational growth.
  • Driving Compensation Benefits strategy and operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Supporting leadership in workforce planning and succession planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR practices within the consumer and/or retail industry.
  • Has minimum of 10 years of combined experience in compensation benefit, talent acquisition and talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
