The HR Manager will be responsible for full-spectrum HR function in Indonesia, supporting scope such as:

  • Recruitment, which includes manpower planning and attraction strategies
  • Performance management
  • People development
  • HR operations & services
  • Culture & engagement



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR spectrum
  • Coming from retail/FMCG background is a huge advantage
  • Familiar with local labor laws and best HR practices
