My client is a well-known, growing multinational company that focuses both on B2B and B2C selling for electronic goods.

Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination, as well as the general affairs function
  • Report and advise the organization on how to develop and maintain talents within the company
  • Overseeing HR matter for all of the company's business line
  • Support other functions within the company in their human resources needs
  • Designing and updating compensation and benefit scheme, as well as performing job analysis and competency setting

The Successful Applicant

To be considered as a successful candidate, you are required to have:

  • Minimum of 10 years in HR function, 5 years in the management team
  • Certification for human resources function (Eg: CHRP, CHRM, etc.)
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources function is preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Previous experience in sales or retail industry
  • Previous experience in working in Multinational Company
  • Experiences in handling talent management, organisational development, and recruitment
  • Up-to-date on Indonesia's current labor laws
