Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR spectrum
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across department to develop HR areas which include, but not limited to training, rewards, and engagement
- Provide support to employee pertaining to HR-related matters
- Manage function-related administrative duties
- Continuously revamp current HR processes
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of well-rounded HR exposure
- Well-versed in HR-related policies and practices, equipped with local compliance and market knowledge
- Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin-speaking ability is a must
