The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director should have:

  • Proven 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG and/or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive organisational change.
