Job Description

  • Ensure all employment contracts are accurate, updated, and compliant with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Maintain complete, organized employee documentation and ensure timely renewals for contracts, licenses, and mandatory registrations.
  • Oversee compliance risk monitoring and proactively address potential gaps before they escalate.
  • Manage and update company policies, SOPs, and HR manuals in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Support and manage labor union relationships; engage constructively with representatives and ensure lawful handling of all union‑related matters.
  • Oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with tax regulations (PPH21).
  • Validate salary structures, allowances, benefits, and expat packages; coordinate with finance as needed.
  • Conduct periodic audits of compensation data to ensure alignment with contract terms and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance on compensation frameworks and support continuous improvement in C&B practices.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of the HRIS system, including data validation, migration, and testing.
  • Optimize HR workflows through automation and digital tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and ensure data integrity across employee databases.
  • Design and implement succession planning frameworks across key functions.
  • Introduce and manage performance review cycles with improvements to structure, measurement, and follow‑through.
  • Assess training needs and develop learning plans across levels, including leadership and technical capability building.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, performance‑driven culture.
  • Manage end-to-end expat administration, including documentation, work permits, benefits, and compliance with immigration regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Excellent communication in English.
