Job Description
- Become the trusted advisor to country leadership stakeholders on HR related matters; providing consultancy, support, and coaching across the HR management spectrum
- Strategize and execute people programs to align with the business' goals and mission
- Oversee improvement initiatives in the delivery of HR programs and processes, including company policies and practices which include, but not limited to: talent management & retention, employee engagement, rewards, and organization-wide communications
- Provide a consultative approach to manage industrial relation issues with Managers
- Collaborate with country and regional HR teams to initiate and deliver people programs
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of experience as HR generalist, preferably within a highly dynamic multinational company in a fast-moving industry
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial relations
- Successful track-record in initiating and executing strategic HR practices that is data-driven
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership team in delivering people-related initiatives
- Fluency in English
- Highly passionate in the fast-growing digital industry with keen eye on innovative approach
- Possess a strong business acumen; the ability to establish partnership with various stakeholders to drive and implement people programs
