Job Description

As an HR & Admin assistant manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the human resources and administrative functions
  • End-to-end human resources process
  • Compliance of local government and labor union both on site and head office
  • Coordinating employee engagement events
  • Enhancing policies in order to improve efficiency within the organization
  • Monitoring health and safety system alongside HSE division

The Successful Applicant

To be considered as a successful candidate, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from psychology, management, or human resources major
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • 10 years experience in human resources division, minimum 3 years in supervisor position
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
  • Understanding of end-to-end HRGA function, from recruitment to termination
  • Up to date with the current labor laws and local regulations regarding manufacturing industry
  • Experiences in handling industrial relations, government relations, and community building
  • Proven record of leadership and interpersonal communication ability
  • Previous experience in working in a multinational company
