We are currently representing one of our client with Hospitality business in Bali.

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and standards.
  • Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality and hygiene regulations.
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards within the Life Science facility.
  • Providing training and guidance to housekeeping team members.
  • Addressing and resolving any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain an optimal working environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housekeeping Supervisorshould have:

  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to speak English
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
