About Our Client
Our client is multinational financial service aggregator in Indonesia, and is seeking an exceptional Head of Telesales to develop both Telesales & logistic team. With huge investment from multinational venture capitalist, they aiming to break through the customer journey to buy a financial products
- Manage overall day to day business in Telesales, call center and logistics (preferably from financlal services industry
- Strategically hire, train, and manage Telesales team. with ability to handle big team (100+ people)
- Implement and refine process and procedures to improve overall business.
- Partner with product team to determine how technology help to streamline day to day business
- Previous experience managing and optimizing call center and logistics is highly proffered
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of managerial position in Telesales division
- Experience hiring and developing a telesales and logistic team.
- Experience coordinating projects & campaigns across teams.
- Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to review detailed data and produce meaningful analysis
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify root causes
- Working knowledge of medium-large operations
