Job Description

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Analysing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to management.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the technology & telecoms sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Talent Acquisition should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the technology & telecoms industry.
