As the Head of System Integration, you will lead the end-to-end implementation unit consisting of Project Management, Maintenance, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure smooth service delivery to some of the biggest banks in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should be familiar with core system solutions for the banking and financial sectors with an extensive network within the industry and an experience in leading a large team of >50 members.

Job Description

As a Head of System Integration, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Developing and managing delivery strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring resource allocation and optimising processes for efficiency.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks effectively.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the implementation team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical acumen in core banking system solutions integration such as Payment and API, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, and Others.
  • Prior experience in managing a large team across different business functions, ideally >50 members.
  • Prior experience in servicing both BUKU IV and/or renown multinational banks
  • Hyper focused on quality delivery and having sales acumen as selected candidate will be working in tandem with the sales team to provide their technical expertise in driving business goals
