Job Description

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain performance.
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives across production, procurement, logistics, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing, automation, and digital tools.
  • Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and growth levers.
  • Support M&A integration, capacity expansion, and new product introduction from a strategic lens.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and COO, contributing to high-level decision-making and business planning.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, or digital transformation is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a passion for building systems
