Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimise operational processes.
  • Analysing operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Managing and mentoring team members to achieve departmental targets effectively.
  • Ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective project management within the department.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, strategic operations, or operational leadership roles
  • Strong background within fintech, financial services, digital platforms, or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale teams and complex operational structures
  • Highly agile, hands-on, and execution-focused, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical operational execution
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience in driving operational transformation and scaling businesses is highly preferred
