Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 5+ years in team management.
  • Lead the software engineering and development teams to maintain high-performing applications and web platforms.
  • Oversee debugging, troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of production issues.
  • Ensure systems operate smoothly with strong monitoring, optimization, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with product, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and feature development.
  • Implement engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track application stability, performance, and delivery quality.
  • Guide architectural direction and evaluate technologies to improve scalability and system robustness.
  • Manage vendor relationships when necessary and ensure integration quality with third-party systems

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 5+ years in team management.
  • Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles (Head of Software / Head of Engineering / GM level).
  • Strong background in software development, debugging, and system optimization.
  • Solid understanding of financial services systems, product flows, and digital platforms (web + mobile).
  • Hands-on technical capability with modern development tools, architecture, and application monitoring.
  • Ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management across business and technology units.
