Job Description

As a Head of Sales, your main roles will include:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across all clinic branches and digital platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with brand goals and revenue targets.
  • Design and implement customer acquisition funnels, customer programs, and up-selling frameworks.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimise campaign performance and service bundling.
  • Research on sales data, market trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Drive B2C and B2B partnerships, including corporate wellness programs and influence partnership.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium customer experience across all touch points.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, health-care, or premium service sectors.
  • Proven track record in scaling sales operations, managing multi-site teams, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales funnels, and customer life-cycle optimisation.
