About Our Client
Global technology company which is highly reputable & a well-known household name for consumer electronics products.
- Head of Sales will be responsible for engaging with retailers, distributors & carriers.
- Identifying, and closing opportunities for company products and services
- Fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with retail channel partners
- Delivering sales presentations to customers and partners as required
- Driving tactical execution and traction of marketing programs
- Engaging with the broader multifunctional teams in responding to carrier partner RFPs
- Develop sell in, sell through and sell out strategies for the phone and accessories portfolios ensuing profitability and sustainability, as well as communicate industry trends, and critical success factors for success
- Ensure accurate demand and forecast planning to align with key product launch dates and key selling periods.
The Successful Applicant
- Ideally 10 years sales and account management background in the Philippines telecommunications industry with existing relationships
- Proven sales track record combined with a passion for the customer and the products that deliver unique value
- Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the centre of the engagement
- Consumer electronics background highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- High energy and engagement ethos, self starter , out of the box thinker, able to stay motivated
- An ability to quickly grasp key experiences and device spec and formulate a sales technique to overcome any objections.
- Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Contract and commercial negotiation prowess
