About Our Client
Multinational FMCG giant with globally loved brands & products - this role would be great for a talent who would like the stability of being part of global corporation but with the pace and autonomy of a start-up, as they take new products to market.
- Head of Sales will be responsible for achieving sales, profit & market share as outlined in the business plan - targeting Manila as well as the Philippines as a whole
- Build strong relationships with distributors & manage closely both distributors & suppliers
- Build a small yet highly productive sales team
- Drive shopper marketing and sales promotions
- Develop customer marketing plans together with Distributor and ensure best in class execution
- Lead the annual marketing plan
The Successful Applicant
- The Head of Sales must be very hands on & capable in an individual contributor sales position, balanced with being strategic & a highly capable leader, with the ability to grow a team.
- We are looking for candidates with a hunger for growth as well as the maturity and polish to deal with business owners & senior stakeholders, both internally & externally
- Background in sales & distributor management
- FMCG background essential
- Can operate successfully in a very lean structure
- Proven track record of being a high achiever in sales positions
- Available for a Manila based role
