Our client is an established MNC company with reputable household products in the market looking for Head of Wholesale Sales that will be in-charge on developing wholesale sales strategy to drive growth and distribution expansion of the products across Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential business partners, distributors, vendors, and suppliers to support growth initiatives.
  • Manage bulk purchasing and procurement activities to meet operational needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing business partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with vendors and partners to ensure favourable outcomes.
  • Set and achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and figures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise sales potential.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of shipments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track key sales metrics (KPIs) and compile regular sales performance reports.
  • Forecast demand and manage procurement of materials accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesale and retail sales of household goods, with a focus on developing new wholesale and retail buyer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of and proven experience within Indonesia's nationwide wholesale and distribution network.
  • Background in wholesale, distributor sales, or a similar area is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Experience in managing export and import processes.
  • Familiarity with the home shopping industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
