Do you like to convince and equip field sales, sales team, sales reps with the right knowledge? If you tick all the boxes before, our client, a Series A company is looking to bring on board a seasoned and passionate Head of Sales or Capabilities Trainer into their organization.

Job Description

As a senior hire who will be expected to be humble and hands-on, your mission will be to create positive impact on the business through creative immerse and memorable learning experiences. You are expected to strengthen the skills of the internal team and to equip them with the right knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become the advocates of the brands/products. Other responsibilities include:- Designing the content of the training materials and to work closely with multiple teams to determine what the business needs.
- Creating memorable learning experiences in order to strengthen the skills of the team members in order to drive revenues/sales.
- Providing and delivering training to all sales capability audiences.
- Focusing on constantly improving the OKR and providing recommendation and demonstrations.
- Creating and delivering capability building for sell-in and sell-out audiences.
- Constantly aligning market's sales capability initiatives with various stakeholders to ensure that our client has the best in-class programs.
- Motivating the team to be effective and efficient to achieve goals set to the sales capability team.
- Coaching a team of trainers and influencing and inspiring all members. Not limited is also to coach and to develop others to perform better in their roles.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must have excellent communicator and possessing strong track records in facilitating and training. Key requirement is:- Excellent communicator in Bahasa and Indonesia.
- At least 8 years of experience in relevant industry (preferably a multinational brand from FMCG / retail background). Startup enthusiasts are welcome to apply.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Passionate about coaching, and excellent motivator!
- Proactive, a change agent and the challenger mindset to do something different.
- Be able to work with minimal supervisions.
- Passionate and literacy in technology is crucial!
- Ability to work in a problem-solving environment with good time-management skill.
