Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for automotive financing products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to shape product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to design and enhance automotive financing products. Develop and manage pricing policies, marketing programs, and dealer incentives.
  • Create annual business plans and set objectives. Monitor progress, evaluate performance against goals, and adjust strategies as needed. Communicate updates to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain market segmentation and target customer identification. Develop revenue models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of sales processes, ensuring best practices are followed. Adapt to changes by reevaluating and improving processes, technology, and policies.
  • Identify potential risks related to products and processes. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, strategic initiatives, and planning activities to the Director and other senior executives.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and alignment of objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales planning or strategy, particularly within automotive financing or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance products, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
