  • Strong knowledge and experience in life insurance industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluent in English
