About Our Client
Client is a Multinational Conglomerate Company and the largest industrial manufacturing company in Europe. They manufacture power generation technology, industrial and building automation, medical technology, railway vehicles, water treatment systems, fire alarms and PLM Softwares.
Ensures accomplishment of strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify respective strategic business opportunities.
Defines key markets and supports definition and identification of key customers in the assigned area of responsibility.
Drives and monitors key market development programs.
Ensures effective sales setup capitalizing synergies in collaboration within and across units (i.e. aligned setups, aligned processes, aligned incentive schemes, etc.)
Ensures an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (i.e. Marketing & Communication, Product Management, etc.)
Agrees on subordinated function related budget plans and sets and monitors achievement of respective targets.
Acts as ultimate point of escalation to solve mission critical issues and problems.
Heads overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff.
The Successful Applicant
Having more than 10 years experiences, minimum 5 years as Sales Manager in the similar business field and portfolio product and solutions
Having wide networks both in private companies and government (PLN, Angkasapura, Pertamina)
Proven ability to understand and diagnose client pain points and propose solutions
Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a mandate
Demonstrate high competency level on: Customer Engagement, Relationship Building, Negotiation, Sales Planning & Target, Business Development, Stakeholder Networking, Channel Partner Management, Business Acumen and Product Knowledge.
