Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Head of Sales to spearhead the sales and business growth for Indonesia. The Head of Sales will be responsible in crafting, developing, and executing sales strategies to generate new business and drive overall business growth. Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop, own, and achieve sales targets
  • Design and execute sales plans to reach sales objectives
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand business requirements
  • Establish a thorough sales process including (sales training, sales infrastructure, performance review)
  • Build and lead a highly effective sales team
  • Ensure account management and after sales service to clients portfolio

The Successful Applicant

This role is only open for Indonesian, with strong track record in achieving sales targets. To seize the opportunity you also should be/have:

  • University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus
  • At least 8 years of working experience in a sales role with exposure in transportation business (freight, trucking)
  • Proven ability to achieve both individual and team sales targets
  • Previous experience in sales/business development with demonstrable experience to lead a team
  • Proven and solid connection of clients with strong ties to key decision makers
