About Our Client

A giant footwear retail company in Indonesia is hiring for Head of Retail position.

Job Description

- Managing end to end retail business and focusing on profitability (P&L Management)

- Driving sales, profit and EBIT for company (number and growth)

- Managing expansion of the company and day to day operation for in-mall and street stores

- Contributing on product selection and merchandising area (working together with Merchandising team).

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Management or any related fields

- Solid exposures in retail sector (min. 10 years)

- Min. 5 years in Senior Manager level

- Experience in footwear would be a plus

- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
