Our client is a leading multinational bank, currently on the stage of business expansion.

Job Description

  • Lead team of risk system analyst and manage day-to-day risk system includes and not limited on the system automation for the credit decisioning, portfolion monitoring actions and strategic collection.
  • Responsible on reviewing and mapping current system capabilities to further make necessary improvements, enhancement to overall improve both business and customer experience.
  • Responsible in developing, testing, optimize and implement credit/valuation policies
  • Involves in the back-testing control and ensuring strict policy implementation across the units.
  • Maintain, and establish cross-functional partnerships and networks with related stakeholders incl. product team, credit operation team
  • Responsible in ensuring that risk policies are designed to meet current and anticipated business risk appetite
  • Responsible in identifying and addressing emerging credit risks,
  • Responsible on Setting-up Risk Framework as well as validate-ing credit benchmarks and the profitability models

The Successful Applicant

  • Good knowledge of credit risk culture, policies and procedures;
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in Retail Banking Credit; preferably in a Risk Management role;
  • Good understanding of Bank Indonesia, OJK regulations and law relating to credit and securities;
  • Attention to detail in a credit or operational environment;
  • Skills in negotiating and dispute resolution;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Good ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
