About Our Client
Our client is a holding company which is looking for Head of Project Management for their rapidly expanding property development business.
Job Description
- Responsible for planning whole project management, including setting timelines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various works
- Coordinating with other department to define, prioritise, and develop projects
- Analysing financial aspect of projects, including budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Providing reports for all stakeholders regarding project status, progress, and budget outline
- Overseeing the development of project and ensuring team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Develop and improving project management office policies and processes.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably with experience in hospitality, real estate, commercial projects
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Strong knowledge in project and change management, associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build a strong network and relationships at executive levels
- Ability to identify problems and be effective in problem resolution
