Job Description

As a Head of Production, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing production schedules in alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing resources, including manpower and materials, to meet production targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and delivery timelines.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on production performance to senior management.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the production team to drive excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Production should have:

  • A strong background in Engineering & Manufacturing within the Retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale production operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
