About Our Client
Our client is a part of a global insurance network and is one of the leading insurance providers in Indonesia.
- In charge of nationwide sale target of Bancassurance Channel;
- Responsible for all human resource management activities of Bancassurance sales, sales support staff, and FSCs
- Recruit, train and retain a strong sales management and support team with appropriate career development, succession and developmental opportunities;
- Lead business planning for the sales function and supervise the preparation of operating budgets and control budgets for headcount and expenses in line with the company strategy;
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects as required;
- Design and implements tactical sales incentives and sales contests along with the bank(s)
- Promote a responsible culture of sales compliance management
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years of working experience in life insurance industry.
- Experience in insurance sales / banking/FMCG. .
- Experience in launching different products through various sales channels targeting bank customers
