Our client is a multinational manufacturing company that has recently made a substantial investment in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Actively strategize, develop, and evaluate the skills acquisition and performance of team members, both direct and indirect workers. This includes providing essential training and coaching through personalized development and learning plans.
  • Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and boost team engagement in accordance with the company's culture.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage and ensure the successful execution of production planning.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and uphold the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all production orders.
  • Collaborate with the Production Scheduler to develop a comprehensive master production schedule that considers maintenance requirements, resource availability, and other production factors.
  • Monitor, control, and evaluate the production process and performance to meet the predetermined product and quality standards.
  • Ensure the proper execution of the Hand Over Product to Inventory procedures, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Take responsibility for controlling, monitoring, and ensuring the effective implementation of quality assurance processes, aligning with company standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the Traceability System, including collecting and ensuring the quality check of process reports, cleaning procedures, and data processing.
  • Ensure the availability of quality-related information, analyze performance trends, and develop corrective actions and plans for improvement to achieve specific business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities and areas requiring targeted improvements by creating, reviewing, and monitoring data or reports that demonstrate performance against key performance indicators, specifically productivity, waste, quality, and safety.
  • Lead the team in identifying areas for improvement, devising and implementing improvement initiatives, and monitoring their progress to enhance process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity, and keep the company abreast of technological advancements and modernization of equipment used in operations and production.
  • Provide production-related information for budget development purposes.
  • Manage and ensure the proper implementation of the Autonomous Maintenance process, complying with maintenance standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possession of a minimum of a Diploma 4 or bachelor's degree in manufacturing or engineering is required.
  • A mandatory requirement is a minimum of 7 years' experience in FMCG manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent abilities in team-building and interpersonal interactions.
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills and the capability to effectively manage cross-functional team members.
  • Technical expertise in manufacturing, including familiarity with technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant industry software.
