Job Description

As a Head of MTI (FMCG), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in the FMCG industry.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Managing sales budgets and forecasting sales performance.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for the sales team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting on sales performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of MTI (FMCG) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven 5-10 experience in a key account management role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Willing to travel across nation.
