About Our Client
Our client is a strong player in Consumer Products
- Prepares Business Plan for all National Key Accounts (assignment account) to support achievement of company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through the teams.
- Prepare the promotion activity guideline and breakdown the budget estimation/forecast in yearly basis to boost the sales target
- Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Control promotional funds allocated for all National Key Accounts and ensure its effective usage as per the approved plans.
- Acts as the "Center of Expertise" in Customer Management throughout the company and provides support / guidance to the modern trade team.
- Monitors service levels to all National Key Accounts and ensure actions are taken as necessary to maintain high service level.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any field
- Min 10 years experienced work experience in MondernMondern Trade (National)
- Min 3 years experience as NKAM/ Managing the whole MT
- Excellent leadership and have good influence skill
- Good in business acumen especially in Modern Trade
- Financial understanding (profit and loss)
- Understanding the market, include customer/shopper behavior
