- Managing all the merchandising strategy for beauty, health and wellness categories
- Help the company to grow the valuation of the business for beauty, health and wellness categories
- Direct in-charge for intake and gross margin, product selection, assortment creation and the stock turn as well
- Collaborating and exploring new potential business partner from global beauty brands
- Leading and helping the team to grow
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, business or related major
- Experienced in merchandising management for minimum 8 years
- Having strong knowledge in Beauty, Health and Wellness is a must
- Strong team player and have strong drive
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
