Job Description

As a 'Marketing Head', your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and branding strategies.
  • Analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Coordinating with sales department to incorporate marketing plans.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all retail locations.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Marketing Head' should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in project management.
  • Ability to drive the marketing process from plan to close.
