Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Head of Legal and Business Advisor to lead our legal department while playing a pivotal role in providing strategic business advice to our CEO and senior leadership team. This position demands a strong legal background, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the organization while also contributing to its strategic growth and success.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably in a large retail or consumer-focused industry.
  • Proven expertise in business law, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinking and the capacity to align legal and business strategies.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to complex legal challenges.
