Job Description
As a key legal business partner, you will play an active role in supporting the business on commercial and operational matters. This includes crafting, reviewing and negotiating on commercial and third-party agreements and facilitating legal advice to stakeholders to support business growth and implementing framework and policies for the organisation. You will also be involved in the setting up the business framework, ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and act as a key interface with government authorities and external counsels.
The Successful Applicant
You are an Indonesian qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, gained in a reputable law firm or in an in-house environment with a technology company. You are a highly motivated self-starter with strong commercial sense and analytic mind. You have excellent people and communication skills to confidently work with global stakeholders and cross functional teams.
