About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in Digital Education provider. Providing online courses and certified degrees.
This person will be responsible to identify learning and talent development needs, as well as creating learning programs. At some point, this position may be expected to deliver the training materials as well.
The Successful Applicant
This position will require around 10-12 years of professional experience at the minimum. You will have a proven experience in establishing and implementing learning programs based on talent gap assessment.
The successful candidate will ideally be a technology savvy HR professional, strong communicator and project manager
