  • Product Strategy: Define and execute digital product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
  • UX Design Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive digital experiences.
  • Agile Product Management: Drive agile processes for iterative product development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and use data to drive product improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and compliance.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation in digital banking.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven 10 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on retail banking or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful digital product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and practices is a plus.
