Job Description
- Experience in supporting the following: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, MacOS, Linux Ubuntu
- Ensuring System implementations, maintenance and improvement for Hardware & Software, Client, LAN/WAN, VPNs.
- Group Policy design and configuration
- Strong experience in ICT support across multiple disciplines including desktop, network, telephony, printers, etc.
- Experience in computer maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
- Good knowledge of security, storage, and backup systems.
- Good knowledge of Network Security
- Good knowledge of Computer Hardware
- Troubleshooting
- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
- A solid understanding of Road warriors / Remote working environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
